01

Controller and scope

Mario Alcázar Carrasco, tax ID 76085243R, Calle Puerto Rico 11, 28341, Valdemoro, Madrid, Spain. MXCircuit is his trading name. Contact: info@mxcircuit.es.

This policy applies to the MXCircuit website and apps for riders, circuits and businesses. Shop purchases have additional privacy information provided during checkout.

02

Data and service purposes

We process information you provide when registering or updating your profile: name, surname, email, credentials, photo and profile location, together with contact information and content supplied as a circuit or business. We use it to manage your account and deliver requested features, on the basis of performing the service.

This includes favourites, rider connections, event attendance, enquiries and messages. Profile content may be visible to other users according to its settings; messages are shared with their recipients and attendance may be displayed with the event. Do not include other people’s information without permission.

If you allow device location access, we use it for nearby results and distances. You can withdraw that permission in device settings. We also process device identifiers and tokens to deliver notifications according to the features and permissions you use.

03

Signing in with Google or Apple

When available and chosen by you, these options provide us with your provider account identifier and authorised information, such as your name and email, to identify you and manage access. We do not receive your Google or Apple password. Apple may provide a private relay email address.

The purpose is to provide the access you request. Linking an existing account requires proof that it belongs to you. Signing in through these providers does not authorise marketing. Google and Apple also process information under their own policies.

04

News and marketing emails

When you request or authorise email campaigns, we use your email to send MXCircuit news, events and promotions through Mailrelay. This choice is independent of registration and is not required to use your account.

You can withdraw consent free of charge through the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting info@mxcircuit.es. Withdrawal does not affect lawful previous processing or essential account, security and requested service messages. We do not give businesses your email for their own advertising.

Creating an account, signing in with Google or Apple or accepting the terms does not itself constitute marketing consent. When acceptances or preferences are collected, we may retain their date, source and text version to demonstrate compliance and respect opt-outs.

05

Security and measurements

We process technical logs to prevent fraud and unauthorised access based on our legitimate interest in protecting the service, and information needed to comply with legal obligations.

We record interactions with circuits, services and notifications, such as opens and link clicks, to measure performance and produce statistics. Managers receive performance metrics; information you send in an enquiry or message is shared with the recipient. Non-essential measurements requiring consent are subject to that authorisation.

06

Website cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to analyse website use. It is optional and loads after analytics cookies are accepted. You can change your choice through “Cookie settings”. We do not send names, emails, telephone numbers or text entered in forms or search fields to Analytics. Technologies necessary for operation and sessions are used to provide the requested service.

07

Providers and transfers

Providers include Raiola Networks for hosting and email, Mailrelay for campaigns, and Google and Apple services for features you use, such as maps, sign-in and notification delivery. Authorities may receive information where required by law.

Some services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, legally required safeguards must apply, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. You can request information about recipients and safeguards at info@mxcircuit.es.

08

Retention

Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Following a deletion request, information no longer needed will be erased or anonymised, subject to limited retention required by law or to address liabilities.

Enquiries are retained while being handled and for applicable liability periods. Marketing preferences are retained until withdrawal; minimal evidence of authorisation and unsubscribe requests may be retained to demonstrate compliance and avoid further messages.

09

Your rights and account deletion

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable, or withdraw consent, at info@mxcircuit.es. To delete your account, use the available in-app option or contact us by email. We only request additional identity information where necessary.

You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es. If you are a minor, use of the service and consent-based processing must involve your legal representatives where required by law.

10

Changes

Updates will show their date and version. Where a change requires specific notice or new authorisation, we will provide or request it through the appropriate channel.
