These terms govern use of the MXCircuit website and apps to discover circuits, services and events and interact with the community. Purchases or other transactions with specific terms are also governed by the information provided for each transaction.
Provide accurate information, keep your email current and protect your credentials. Notify us of unauthorised access. When available, Google or Apple sign-in can be used; these options do not replace checks needed to link an existing account.
If you are a minor, your legal representatives must be involved where necessary to enter contracts or take part in activities. Creating an account does not establish that you meet a circuit or event’s age, licence or permission requirements.
Use the service respectfully. Impersonation, spam, harassment, unlawful content and attempts to access accounts or systems without authorisation are prohibited. Only publish content you may lawfully use and share.
You retain rights to your content. By posting it, you authorise hosting and display as needed to provide the requested feature, according to its visibility. Report inappropriate content to info@mxcircuit.es.
Hours, prices, availability, conditions and activity details may come from their operators or user contributions. Confirm details with the organiser before travelling or purchasing.
Selecting “I’m attending” does not by itself purchase a ticket, reserve a place or provide insurance. Activities may require additional registration, payment, equipment, licences or permissions. Where MXCircuit organises an activity, specific participation terms will be provided.
Links or buttons may take you to third-party websites, including ticket sellers. Check the provider’s identity, terms, privacy and cancellation policies before purchasing. MXCircuit Shop purchases have separate purchase terms.
The privacy policy explains how personal information is processed. Marketing emails are a separate choice: accepting these terms or opening an account does not authorise them. You may unsubscribe without losing your account.
We work to maintain the service, but maintenance or incidents may cause interruptions. We may proportionately restrict accounts or remove content for unlawful use or breaches, giving reasons where appropriate. Contact us to request a review.
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory legal rights or liabilities.
You may request account deletion through the methods in the privacy policy, subject to applicable retention obligations.
Terms may be updated to reflect service or legal changes. We will show the version and date and communicate material changes, requesting renewed acceptance where necessary.
